Networks deploys SEMI secure access solution
March 07, 2009
Austin, TX - Stealth Networks today announced
that it has successfully deployed its Secure Selective
Networks platform, along with a partner
to provide secure access between a top three global Integrated
Chip Manufacturer (ICM) and a top five global Original
Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The Stealth Secure Platform
has been integrated with a partner solution which will
be used by OEM engineers within the ICM fabrication facility
(fab) to gain secure access to their tool specifications
and knowledgebase.
The integrated secure access solution will allow OEM
engineers to drastically reduce MTTR (mean Time To Repair)
on critical tools ensuring minimal downtime and maximum
yield. This solution will help reduce ramp times bringing
ICM fabs to full production more rapidly.

Networks demos Multi-Level Security functionality
December 16, 2008
Austin, TX - Stealth Networks today announced that it
has successfully demonstrated Multi-Level Security (MLS)
functionality to a large government technology integrator.
As per Mr. John Krings - Former Assistant Secretary of
Defense, "Multi-Level Security (MLS) is the new holy
grail for all government agency interactions. As evolving
national security threats demand greater information sharing,
maintaining information confidentiality and communications
protocol becomes exceedingly harder. A security system
is required that will enable single-client, multiple data-source
access while enforcing user and information rights. MLS
provides the answer for such a system."
The Stealth Secure Platform is ideal for a MLS solution
as its VPN provides secure remote access while its granular
firewall provides deep information filtering. In addition,
the platform's IPS (Intrusion Prevention System) capabilities
makes it almost invulnerable to external unauthorized
access. The greatest advantage is that all these functions
are provided on a software platform that can be integrated
with other security software and functionalities as
required.
In the coming months, Stealth Networks will partner
with the government IT security integrator to design
and develop a solution prototype that will further prove
its platform's MLS capabilities.

VPN outperforms Cisco by 375% in independent tests
October 9, 2007
Austin, TX - agileTCP Inc., a leading security auditing
and training company today released the results of its
competitive tests. Stealth Networks had commissioned agileTCP
Inc. and to independently verify that the Stealth Secure
Platform provides 3-4X throughput compared to current
market leading VPN solutions while providing higher data
encryption (AES 256 instead of 3DES). The Stealth Secure
VPN gateway (SRVPN-10) that supports up to 10 LAN-to-LAN
VPN tunnels was benchmarked with a Cisco router that has
a comparable / superior feature set and price range.
The tests proved that the Stealth Secure Platform delivered
approx. 3.75 X more data throughput for both plain-text
as well as SSL encrypted data traffic. Overall,
the tests show that the Stealth Secure Platform increases
network performance is terms of bandwidth utilization
and data throughput while providing better security
compared to current market leading VPN routers.

Networks partners to provide SEMI solution
May 27, 2008
Austin, TX - Stealth Networks today announced that it
has partnered with a leading e-Manufacturing software
solution provider to develop a secure access solution
for the SEMI (semiconductor) manufacturing industry. The
Stealth Secure Platform provides reliable and secure network
access while the e-Manufacturing software creates a secure
collaborative environment for factory and supplier personnel.
The two companies will integrate their products and combine
network security with application security to provide
"hacker-proof" secure remote access to suppliers
within a fire-walled factory environment.
Reliable, secure collaboration and communication will
allow ICM (Integrated Circuit Manufacturer) and OEM
(Original Equipment Manufacturer) personnel to minimize
tool / machine faults and downtime. With loaded rates
ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 per hour for critical
tools, both the ICMs and OEMs will realize significant
cost benefits from this integrated software solution.
Starting with the SEMI industry, the companies aim
to integrate Stealth Secure Platform capabilities into
other e-Manufacturing solutions for the Automotive and
Energy verticals.
